This painting really caught my eye at the Del Mar Fair. Shown is an excerpt from "Freedom of Expression," a watercolor by Jim Bates. I was attracted to the vibrant use of color and the wry social commentary. If you enjoy it please note that it is for sale for $2400 by the painter.
