Acorn Woodpecker, Melanerpes formicivorus
Acorn Woodpecker, Melanerpes formicivorus, hanging out on a wire. These little guys stash acorns from Oak trees into holes they peck into the bark of neighboring pine trees. Idyllwild, California.
