Ghost Crab, Ocypode pallidula. These little crabs patrol the beach for scraps and are quick to dive back into their burrows when threatened. This one was on the beach near Chinaman's Hat, Hawaii.

Have You Seen a Ghost?
Ghost Crab, Ocypode pallidula. These little crabs patrol the beach for scraps and are quick to dive back into their burrows when threatened. This one was on the beach near Chinaman's Hat, Hawaii.
